Glanceia does not sell or trade your data. We share information only under these specific conditions:

• Service providers: Infrastructure partners (hosting, payments) who operate under strict Data Processing Agreements (DPA).
• Legal requirements: Only when strictly mandated by law or a valid court order.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, data remains protected under the same privacy safeguards.
• Explicit consent: For any other use cases, we will request your direct approval.

Every Glanceia customer operates within a logically isolated environment. Your proprietary documents, pricing, and logs are never accessible by other users.

Account data is held for the life of your account, plus 90 days for backup recovery and legal closure.
