Section 01

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Glanceia platform (the "Service"), operated by Traverxai Inc. ("Glanceia", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Section 02

Description of service

Glanceia is an AI-powered chatbot platform that allows businesses to create, customise, and deploy intelligent chatbots trained on their own data. The Service includes:

• An AI chatbot builder powered by your uploaded documents, FAQs, and knowledge base
• A dashboard for managing bots, viewing analytics, and customising appearance
• An embeddable website widget that can be deployed via a single script tag
• Lead capture, real-time alerts, and conversation history tools
• Integrations with third-party platforms including Shopify, WordPress, HubSpot, and others

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Section 03

Accounts & registration

To access the Service, you must register for an account. When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material (spam)
• Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Service without our prior written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights

Your content & data

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Glanceia, including documents, FAQs, images, and any other materials ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant Glanceia a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and use Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload
• Your Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Your Content does not contain any material that is unlawful or harmful
• You have obtained all necessary consents for any personal data included in Your Content

Section 06

Intellectual property

The Service and all of its original content, features, functionality, design, code, and underlying technology are owned by Traverxai Inc. This includes:

• The "Glanceia" name, logo, and brand identity
• The platform's dashboard, widget, and user interface
• Proprietary AI models, algorithms, and data pipelines
• All software, APIs, and documentation

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Glanceia disclaims all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Section 09

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Traverxai Inc.'s total aggregate liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

Section 10

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Traverxai Inc. from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Section 11

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these terms or if your usage poses a risk to the Service.

Section 12

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be settled in the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in San Francisco.

Section 13

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard at least 14 days in advance.
